Below you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions. Is your question not listed? Please feel free to contact us or submit a return request via the return form.

Can I return my order?

Yes, products can be returned within the legal return period. Please refer to our return policy for the exact conditions. Have you ordered a HOP Exclusive product that included a free gift or promotional item? Then this gift must also be returned when you return the product. If the gift is not included, we may deduct its value from the refund amount.

Can I return an assembled or painted miniature?

No. Miniatures that have been assembled, painted, or otherwise modified by the customer are not eligible for return. However, if you have received a product with a manufacturing defect, missing parts, or shipping damage, please contact us so that we can assess the issue.

What should I do if parts are missing?

Please fill out the return or contact form and specify which parts are missing. If possible, send photos of the package contents to support your request to support@hollandoto.nl

My product arrived damaged. What now?

Please contact us as soon as possible and send clear photos of the damage and the packaging to support@hollandoto.nl to support your return request. We will then work together to find a suitable solution.

Who pays the return shipping costs?

For returns based on the right of withdrawal, the return shipping costs are generally at the customer’s expense. If the product is incorrect or defective, we will cover the costs.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once we have received and inspected the return, we will process the refund as quickly as possible. This will be done within the legal timeframe at the latest.

Can I exchange a product?

Yes, exchanges are possible in many cases. Please make sure the product is returned in good condition. Indicate in the return form which product you would like to receive as a replacement.
