Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return period. This means that you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be unused;

  • be in the same condition as when you received it;

  • be returned in its original packaging;

  • be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Exception for Assembled or Painted Miniatures

Miniatures that have been assembled, painted, or otherwise modified by the customer are not eligible for return, as they are no longer in their original condition.

However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, missing parts, or shipping damage, please contact us so that we can assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution.

To request a return, please contact us at support@hollandoto.nl.

Once your return has been approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility.

If you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at support@hollandoto.nl and provide clear photographs of:

  • the product;

  • the damage or defect;

  • the packaging.

We will assess the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Missing Parts

If any parts are missing from your order, please contact us at support@hollandoto.nl and specify which parts are missing. If possible, include photographs of the package contents to help us process your request more efficiently.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • assembled, painted, or otherwise modified miniatures;

  • personalized or custom-made products;

  • special-order items;

  • gift cards;

  • sale or clearance items, unless otherwise required by law.

HOP Exclusive Products and Promotional Gifts

Certain HOP Exclusive products may include a free gift or promotional item.

If you return the qualifying product, the complimentary gift must also be returned. If the gift is not included, we reserve the right to deduct its value from the refund amount.

Exchanges

Would you like to exchange a product? Please contact us.

Exchanges are possible in many cases, provided the product is returned in good condition and meets the return requirements. Please indicate which replacement product you would like to receive.

The fastest way to receive the desired item is often to return the original product and place a new order once the return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

We process refunds as quickly as possible and no later than the legally required timeframe. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
