At Holland Oto, we develop and produce our miniatures entirely in-house from our workshop in Weert.

The production process

This is what our production process looks like from A to Z:

Phase 1

De aanvraag 

We start with a design based on your wishes. Think of specific colors, logos, inscriptions and even small details such as license plates and company slogans. We have a wide range of models, but are also happy to develop a completely new custom scale model.

Phase 2

The design

A digital technical drawing is created for approval based on existing drawings, brochures, photos and 3D files. We will clearly indicate to you which files we need to create this technical drawing. View our delivery specifications.

After this drawing has been approved by the customer will we start the production.

Phase 3

Painting and production

All parts are coated with the correct base colors in our own paint shop, any color is possible! Next, we apply logos and designs to the miniature models using pad printing, digital printing, or screen printing.

Assembly

Once all parts are painted and printed, it’s time for assembly. Quality is our top priority. Each model is carefully inspected to ensure it perfectly matches the specified requirements.

Sustainable & reliable delivery

The miniature models are ready to ship! We pack your order in a standard Holland Oto window box or personalized luxury packaging, completely in your corporate identity. Have fun with it!
